Yoohoo! Is a~ny~one out there?
[ The video clicks on to the sight of Miyako, who looks all too confused by her situation. But for a girl who has woken up in a new town getting shooed out by a mother that isn't hers, Miyako is handling this surprisingly well. ]
This is Miyamura Miyako! I'm in a really strange town and I have absolutely no idea how I got here! Did some pervert kidnap me? Have I been whisked away by an unknown knight to a fairytale dream? Whichever it is, the person responsible should themselves so I can give you a kiss or a kick, okay~? Don't be shy!
[ She pauses. Enough being silly, because this is seriously unsettling. ] But really, does anyone know what's going on? Or maybe they know what this is? [ Miyako kneels down and directs the camera at her starter Pokemon; a sandshrew, who is watching her intently and has been stalking her around New Bark. ] It just won't leave me alone. And it's too funny looking to be a cat or dog... an overgrown hamster, maybe? Is this why they tell you not to release your ham-ham pals into the wild? Freaky~. [ Now she stands again. ] So if you can tell me what's going on then Merci Bouquet~! That's French. Sorry, I don't speak anymore. Okay, bye bye~.
[ If you want action, then Miyako can be found in New Bark poking her Sandshrew with a stick. Until it picks up its own stick and begins poking her back. ]
